What if I have to cancel?

Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations received after this time may result in billing of one night room and tax. Cancellation policies are subject to change.

I am traveling with an infant or toddler. Do you offer playpens?

We offer portable playpens at no additional cost. Although, we recommend bringing your own linens. Larger cots are available for a nominal fee.

Rates are based on double occupancy. For additional adults an additional cost of $15 per person + tax.

Do you offer senior discounts?

There is a special seniors rate for people over 55 years. Inquire at time of reservation. ID is required on check in.

Unless noted otherwise, room rates are quoted on a per night basis in Canadian Dollars and are subject to 16% in taxes and fees. Package plans may be quoted at an all inclusive price.

Kelsey's Bar and Grill, located off the lobby, is open daily for lunch & dinner year-round. Enjoy casual fare, a great lunch selection and monthly features. Across the parking lot, Boston Pizza offers a wide selection of food items and is open late. As well, there are many other restaurants in the nearby Clifton Hill area.

How far is the Falls?

The Brink of the Falls is about 1 block from the hotel.

Do you allow pets?

We do not allow animals except for seeing-eye dogs.
