Q. What time is check in?
A. Check in starts at 2 P.M.
Q. What time is check out?
A. Check out is at 11:00 A.M.
Q. What if I have to cancel?
A. Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations received after this time may result in billing of one night room and tax. Cancellation policies are subject to change.
Q. How can I pay for my room?
A. We accept Cash, Travelers Cheques, Debit Cards, and American Express, Master Cards, Visa, Diners/Carte Blanche, and Discover/Novus.
Q. I am traveling with an infant or toddler. Do you offer playpens?
A. We offer portable playpens at no additional cost. Although, we recommend bringing your own linens. Larger cots are available for a nominal fee.
Q. Is there a charge for extra persons in my room?
A. Rates are based on double occupancy. For additional adults an additional cost of $15 per person + tax.
Q. Do you offer senior discounts?
A. There is a special seniors rate for people over 55 years. Inquire at time of reservation. ID is required on check in.
Q. I’d like to purchase a certificate as a gift. Do you offer gift certificates?
A. Yes. You can contact our Reservations department by phone 800-263-2557 or 905-358-3295 ext. 2055.
Q. What does your privacy policy mean?
A. Our privacy policy is that we do not give out or sell guest information to any third parties without your consent. We are following the guidelines established by the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Q. Tell me about your parking.
A. Free on-site parking is available for guests of the hotel.
Q. Are taxes and fees included in price?
A. Unless noted otherwise, room rates are quoted on a per night basis in Canadian Dollars and are subject to 13% in taxes and fees. Package plans may be quoted at an all inclusive price.
Q. Do you have a Restaurant?
A. Kelsey’s Bar and Grill, located off the lobby, is open daily for lunch & dinner year-round. Enjoy casual fare, a great lunch selection and monthly features. Across the parking lot, Boston Pizza offers a wide selection of food items and is open late. As well, there are many other restaurants in the nearby Clifton Hill area.
Q. How far is the Falls?
A. The Brink of the Falls is about 1 block from the hotel.
Q. Do you allow pets?
A. We do not allow animals except for seeing-eye dogs.
Q. How old must I be to check into a room?
A. The minimum age to check into the Comfort Inn Clifton Hill Hotel is 19 years or older.
