“Reserve using our Online Reservations service or by calling our Hotel’s reservations desk to get the lowest rate – and if you happen to find a better rate online, let us know and we’ll beat it by 10%. For more details please continue reading.”

To get started on your claim, please complete the Best Internet Rate Guarantee form to inform us of the lower rate.

Some conditions do apply:

1. The “Best Internet Rate Guarantee” is limited solely to the rental rate for the room and it does not apply to taxes, gratuities, guest incidental charges, or other similar charges.
2. Competing rate must be lower than the rate on NiagaraFallsComfort.com. Rates must be publicly available, viewable and bookable. Rates must apply to the same hotel, as well as the same room type, number of guests, length of stay, dates reserved and in the same currency.
3. Rates found on opaque or auction sites, including sites where the hotel brand and the specific hotel are not known until the booking is made, are not included or eligible for the guarantee.
4. Special or negotiated rates do not qualify. These include, but are not limited to, group rates, package rates, coupon offers, and membership rates, such as AAA, AARP, and Government discounts.
5. Guest must have a confirmed reservation made on the NiagaraFallsComfort.com web site.
6. If confirmed, Comfort Inn Clifton Hill will match that competitive rate, plus give you an additional 10% off.
7. Any changes made to a reservation after the e-rate is approved, will make the ‘Best Internet Rate” guarantee null and void.
8. Program subject to change or revocation at any time.
9. Choice Hotel’s best rate program (found here) is distinct from ours and only applies to bookings made at an official Choice Hotels website (i.e. ComfortInn.com, ChoiceHotels.com, ChoiceHotels.ca, etc.); Both cannot be set against one another for perpetual discounting.

Note: Form needs to be submitted within 24 hours after booking your hotel room and at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival at Comfort Inn Clifton Hill.
